Level 1 Hands-On Equine Acupressure Training

The Level 1 Hands-On Equine Acupressure Training is designed for students who are ready to begin applying foundational acupressure skills in person with horses.

This training introduces students to safe practitioner touch, horse communication, basic meridian awareness, point location practice, and hands-on confidence. Students will learn how to approach the horse, recognize body language, apply appropriate pressure, trace meridian pathways, and begin developing a calm, respectful, and horse-centered acupressure session.

Level 1 is ideal for students who want to strengthen their practical skills, gain guided feedback, and begin building confidence before moving into deeper practitioner-level application.

This training is a valuable starting point for those continuing through the full Animal Acupressure Academy pathway.

This training may include:

• Safe approach and handling around the horse

• Practitioner grounding and body awareness

• Reading signs of relaxation, stress, and overwhelm

• Introduction to acupressure touch and pressure methods

• Foundational meridian tracing

• Basic acupoint location practice

• Hands-on confidence building

• Guided support while working directly with horses

This is a hands-on learning experience designed to help students take the information they have studied and begin applying it in a practical, supported environment.
