Level 2 Hands-On Equine Acupressure Training

The Level 2 Hands-On Equine Acupressure Training is designed for students who are ready to refine their skills, deepen their point location accuracy, and begin applying more advanced acupressure reasoning in person.

This training builds on Level 1 and gives students the opportunity to practice more detailed meridian tracing, acupoint location, assessment skills, session flow, protocol building, and practitioner decision-making while working directly with horses.

Level 2 provides 30 hands-on hours (3 days) and is an important part of the full professional pathway for students working toward board certification eligibility.

This training may include:

• Advanced meridian tracing practice

• More detailed acupoint location

• Guided assessment skills

• Observation before touch

• Recognizing tissue changes, sensitivity, heat, cold, and restriction

• Building simple and focused acupressure sessions

• Practicing point selection with more intention

• Understanding when to slow down, modify, or stop

• Hands-on feedback and practical refinement

• Confidence building for future professional practice

Level 2 helps students move beyond basic touch and into a more thoughtful, assessment-based approach to equine acupressure.
